How long should the photos take?
You should try to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your teams scheduled photo time with your envelope completely filled out. Once your team is together and ready, pictures should take about 15 minutes per team depending on the size of the team. It is important for teams to be lined up and prepared with hair combed, etc.. no later than their scheduled photo time. Each team's promptness will ensure an on-time and hassle free "Picture Day".
How do I ensure my order is accurate?
Make sure to use your "Picture Day" envelope to order all individual and buddy shots of your child. You should get your envelope approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your leagues scheduled picture day. Please make sure to Print Legibly with dark ink. Make sure that you complete all fields and that your address and phone number are included. Enclose cash, check or money order. We do accept Master Card or Visa the day of the shoot for your convenience. Make all checks or money orders made out to NorCal Sport Scene.
Can I write one check for multiple orders/envelopes?
Yes. We know that you may have more than one child playing on different teams. You need to make sure that you have all of your envelopes available at the check in table at one time so that we can stamp them paid. We will give the envelopes back to you and your child can bring them to the photographer at their scheduled shoot time.
If I forget my wallet or checkbook can I pay later?
No. We are not able to process orders without a payment.
Can I write a post dated check?
No. Because of our quick turnaround time on photo shoots we are not able to handle post dated checks. The bank takes approximately two weeks to return insufficient checks back to us and we hold all photos until checks have cleared.
What if I want to order more photos after "Picture Day"?
You can visit us on-line at www.norcalsportscene.com to purchase more photos or novelty items after the photo shoot. When you go to the website you will want to look at View/Order and type in your password. You will receive a password with your photos when your order is returned to your league. You can then click on your team to view and order pictures. If you are not comfortable doing business on-line please contact us at 916-949-0465 or 916-803-3317.
Why are prices on-line different from those on "Picture Day"?
The prices on-line are slightly higher than those you purchase the day of the photo shoot because of additional fees we are charged. Unfortunately, we have to pay e-commerce fees, taxes and shipping charges that are added into your purchase price.
