Most every college coach and athletic program requests a recruiting video. It's often too difficult for them to see every student-athlete in person, so the video recruiting process is an excellent way to make an initial evaluation of a candidate's skills. The recruiting video is your door opener to further conversations and opportunities.

FUNDAMENTALS:

The first is to show the athlete performing the fundamentals of his or her position in a controlled situation. They're looking at form, footwork, arm strength and bat speed, among other things... and they're looking for some very specific shots. By listening to these coaches, we've created a shot list from various camera positions that best portrays the player's fundamentals.

GAME SPEED HIGHLIGHTS:

The second thing a college coach is looking for, but rarely gets, is quality game highlights. What they usually get is shaky camera angles and lots of fence obstructed, partially focused game footage.
